📋 Description

• Expand appraisal network by taking orders as per individual schedules • Work independently with full appraisal responsibilities • Collaborate with IVG for administrative support in scheduling and payments

🎯 Requirements

• Active Residential Appraiser license in good standing (state-licensed) • Current E&O insurance meeting lender requirements • USPAP-compliant appraisal practice with strong attention to quality and detail • Ability to complete residential appraisal assignments independently and professionally • Reliable communication and responsiveness throughout the appraisal process • Familiarity with common appraisal software and forms (e.g., UAD-compliant reports) • Ability to meet reasonable turn times while maintaining quality standards • Professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners, agents, and lender partners • Access to reliable transportation and tools required to complete field inspections • Willingness to complete IVG onboarding and panel setup requirements
