âą Develop and implement three-to-five-year commodity objectives and strategic plans âą Oversee supplier performance, conduct strategic analysis of markets and pricing, and ensure a continuity of supply for complex and diverse commodities âą Lead global negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions âą Establish business frameworks and manage long-term agreements with suppliers âą Manage projects and programs on a multi-functional basis, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met âą Drive continuous improvements across all functions, using data-driven analysis to resolve issues and standardize processes âą Serve as the primary interface with suppliers and build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders âą Track and report on key performance metrics and assist in the training and development of new employees.
âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience âą 6-8 years of professional experience, including 5-7 years in the Semiconductor industry âą Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, supplier development, and lead time reduction âą Strong knowledge of global supply chain trends, engineering concepts, and financial analysis âą Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills âą Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint âą A background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred âą Must be able to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
