📋 Description
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues • Engaging with customers to understand their topology • Participating in pre-sales activities • Authoring Application Notes or Field Alerts for customer consumption • Driving issues/escalations resolutions
🎯 Requirements
• 11 to 14 years of experience • Experience on SONiC network operating system • Experience in designing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing network hardware • Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols • Proficiency in Linux • Experience in C and scripting languages like Python/Go • Direct customer interface experience • Experience writing technical documentation
