• Conduct comprehensive analysis of campaign performance metrics and identify key insights. • Create compelling data visualizations and collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams on client-facing presentations. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization. • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for ongoing campaign tracking. • Support Customer Success and Sales teams with data-driven insights for client conversations. • Support the expansion and growth of business development efforts by providing data-driven insights from internal and external data sources. • Analyze cross-brand performance and proactively identify trends to inform business decisions. • Prepare analytical findings for internal and external stakeholders. • Execute and validate target list matches for client campaigns. • Develop and optimize target lists for campaign execution. • Ensure data quality and accuracy in list development.
• 1-2 years of experience in a role with quantitative analysis responsibilities • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline) • Strong proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization • Experience in creating and delivering external-facing presentations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus • Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools highly preferred
