• Own the Commercial Data & Analytics team's delivery pipeline from planning through execution. • Maintain visibility across all active workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. • Identify potential bottlenecks, resource constraints, and delivery risks, proactively recommending solutions. • Drive accountability across the team by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across technical, product, and client-facing teams to coordinate priorities and deliverables. • Establish and continuously improve team operating standards, templates, documentation, and quality assurance processes. • Develop scalable SOPs, review protocols, naming conventions, and data validation frameworks. • Own onboarding documentation and operational playbooks to accelerate new hire productivity. • Lead internal change management initiatives to improve team processes and adoption of best practices. • Partner with the Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to develop and maintain the team's strategic roadmap. • Define and manage the team's operating cadence, including sprint planning, roadmap reviews, capacity planning, and cross-functional meetings. • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable workstreams with clear owners, milestones, and timelines. • Monitor roadmap progress, communicate tradeoffs, and provide recommendations as priorities evolve.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, analytics operations, consulting, or a related function • Demonstrated success building operational infrastructure and scalable processes within high-growth organizations • Experience partnering closely with analytics, data, or business intelligence teams • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or marketing services industries (preferred) • Experience in high-growth startup or technology environments (preferred) • Strong understanding of analytics workflows and data-driven decision making (preferred) • Experience with project and program management platforms (preferred) • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and executive-level presentations (preferred)
