📋 Description

• Own product design across key areas of the platform—from problem discovery through final implementation • Translate complex, data-intensive workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs • Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering in a remote setup to ship high-quality features • Actively contribute to the design system to ensure a high level of consistency across the platform • Proactively communicate design decisions and actively solicit feedback through video calls, Loom, and Figma comments

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Design in a dynamic environment • Experience with B2B or SaaS products is preferred • Proven experience working successfully in remote teams • Strong self-organization and proactive communication skills • Strong UX thinking and excellent UI skills • Experience with scalable design systems • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Familiarity with modern AI and prototyping tools • Ownership of complex problems, with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility • Excellent communication skills in German and English • A portfolio is required for this position
