📋 Description

• Scoping the position with clients through initial site visits • Writing, editing, and proofreading position descriptions • Developing a diverse pool of candidates through research • Evaluating potential candidates through assessments and interviews • Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates • Presenting candidate pools to clients • Managing the flow of knowledge during searches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • two to six years of progressively responsible professional experience • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Maturity and discretion in maintaining strong relationships • The ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization • The capacity to extract and persuasively articulate the ambitions of clients • The ability to evaluate the accomplishments and credibility of prospective candidates • Excellent time management skills • The ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines • Collegial and collaborative nature • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
