📋 Description
• Develop and configure applications per architecture and technical guidelines. • Build custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. • Implement integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP, web services, and Integration Hub. • Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of ServiceNow apps. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the team. • Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and configuration standards. • Perform maintenance, upgrades, patches, and environment support tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• 11+ years of ServiceNow project experience. • Mandatory telecom experience within the last 3 years. • Strong hands-on work with: OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, Flow Designer. • Nice-to-Have ServiceNow migrations experience. • Additional telecom module expertise. • Certifications CSA / CAD / CIS required.
