📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI to clearly communicate data stories. • Architect scalable, efficient data models and leverage advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to solve complex analytical problems. • Perform robust ETL processes using Power Query and SQL to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets for analysis. • Seamlessly connect and integrate data from multiple disparate sources into cohesive, unified analytical views. • Implement and adhere to strict data governance standards, understanding and applying row-level security and access models to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and fellow team members in a fast-paced Agile environment to translate business requirements into production-ready analytical tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, proven expertise in Power BI, encompassing end-to-end dashboard design and optimization. • Deep understanding of data modeling principles and advanced proficiency in DAX. • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data transformation techniques using Power Query / ETL. • Strong overall data analysis and visualization skills, with a keen eye for UX in reporting. • Solid understanding of data governance, security models, and proven experience working in Agile environments. • A truly collaborative team player mindset with an appetite for solving complex data challenges. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily technical collaboration and documentation. • Hands-on experience working with Snowflake (nice-to-have). • Familiarity with integrating data from Salesforce and understanding Jira data structures (nice-to-have). • Exposure to Python or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced data manipulation (nice-to-have). • Experience with other Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Qlik (nice-to-have). • Ability to build and deploy custom Power BI visuals using TypeScript or R (nice-to-have).
