âą Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs âą Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions âą Refactor and enhance existing codebases and architecture for performance and scalability âą Collaborate in Agile teams across Product, QA, and Architecture âą Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release cycles âą Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Gearset, GitHub, and Jenkins âą Contribute to Salesforce org optimization and third-party integrations, including AWS or other platforms âą Stay current with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
đŻ Requirements
âą 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments âą Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs âą Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub) âą Solid understanding of integration patterns, performance optimization, and governor limits âą Familiarity with UI/UX best practices in Salesforce (Lightning Design System) âą Bonus: experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services or leading org migrations âą Clear, proactive communicator (written and verbal) âą Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset âą Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (Jira, Confluence) âą Passion for clean code, documentation, and continuous improvement âą Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders âą LATAM-based professionals aligned to CST working hours
