📋 Description

• Choose and orchestrate the right models to process and analyze multimodal data • Design and implement cutting-edge RAG techniques to efficiently handle large medical documents and patient histories • Build agentic systems to revolutionize key aspects of drug development such as patient recruitment or site selection • Work closely with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, data engineers) to seamlessly integrate AI into our platform • Collaborate with medical experts to gather ground truth data and improve our product

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning/AI roles (bonus if in healthcare industry) • Strong experience with LLMs and related tools and techniques • Start-up experience strongly preferred • Strong problem-solving abilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Ability to autonomously deliver clean and production-ready code
