📋 Description

• Lead key client interactions alongside or in lieu of the CEO, building long-term relationships with enterprise decision-makers • Serve as a polished client contact, drive follow-ups, maintain momentum post-PoC, and reinforce confidence in Inaza’s operational reliability • Identify, forge, and manage strategic relationships with technology providers, insurance software platforms, and integration partners • Coordinate joint operational and commercial initiatives with technology partners • Own the end-to-end commercial operations lifecycle after a PoC is greenlit, including contracts, legal redlines, security questionnaires, and enterprise procurement • Translate commercial agreements and partner integrations into clear operational scopes for the Delivery Lead • Direct high-priority commercial initiatives, executive scheduling strategy, and international travel logistics • Prepare strategic briefs and operational updates for board, investor, partner, and enterprise client engagements • Design, implement, and optimize internal operational workflows across European and US operations • Unblock operational friction between commercial, technical, partner, and executive functions • Lead execution toward successful Inaza technology implementations and budgeted commercial targets

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, international enterprise business operations in USA and Europe, operations, strategic partnerships, corporate client success, or account management • Previous experience in B2B tech, SaaS, fintech, or insurtech is strongly preferred • Hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement processes, security reviews, and commercial contract redlines • Based in Ireland • Eligible to work full-time • Able to travel internationally up to 50% • Professional maturity, EQ, and confidence to represent Inaza to C-suite insurance leaders • Ability to build trust and negotiate win-win partnerships with third-party technology vendors or enterprise clients • Personal accountability for progressing legal, compliance, and procurement agreements • Ability to lead partner alignment calls, evaluate contract terms, and refine internal workflows while maintaining momentum
