📋 Description

• Lead creative strategy, performance design, UGC, statics, video, and motion. Set the bar for taste, speed, and outcomes across every asset and every channel. • Manage and grow a team of senior leads across Creative Strategy, Design, Video, and UGC. • Build frameworks for testing, iteration, learning, and creative development. • Partner with Creative Ops, Paid Media, and PM to turn strategy into infrastructure. • Conduct a senior review layer - catch structural, brief, and copy issues early before client delivery. • Mine insights from Motion, Foreplay, and Meta Ads Manager to enhance briefs, hooks, and concepts. • Develop statics as a performance lever clients want to buy in volume. • Identify wins, document them, and feed them into sales material and case studies. • Conduct weekly creative syncs, bi-weekly workshops, monthly KPI reviews, and celebrations across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in performance creative, ideally including time at a top-tier UGC, paid social, or DR creative shop. • 4+ years leading creative teams of 10+ people, with both manager and senior IC chapters on your résumé. • Track record on Meta and TikTok performance creative - direct experience producing UGC and statics that have scaled to material spend. • Deep fluency in Motion (creative analytics), Foreplay (swipe and inspiration), and Meta Ads Manager - and the ability to teach others. • Background that includes building creative output AND the systems behind it. Operators who have rebuilt feedback loops, replaced PM tooling, or stood up scale-ad reporting from scratch will resonate with us. • Experience working with global, distributed teams. Our team spans North America, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe. • Excellent communication and copywriting skills. • Perfectly fluent written and spoken English.
