• Analyze campaign and incentive program databases to identify patterns, opportunities, deviations, and performance levers. • Transform data into clear, actionable insights, focusing on commercial performance and sales force behavior. • Build and evolve dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Power BI). • Interpret business indicators and metrics (e.g.: adoption, engagement, performance, conversion, CAV, ROP, etc.) and translate them into practical recommendations. • Create analytical narratives ("data storytelling") for presentations, executive reports, and client meetings. • Support internal teams (client services, community, operations, and strategy) with analyses that guide decisions and prioritization. • Ensure consistency and quality of analyses by validating data and flagging potential inconsistencies. • Structure recurring reports and analyses to monitor campaigns. • Attend client meetings when necessary, helping to explain results and answer questions with analytical confidence. • Document key metrics, assumptions, and interpretations to scale and standardize analyses.
• Experience in data analysis applied to business (BI, performance, marketing, sales, or related areas). • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar). • Ability to build clear, focused, and visually organized dashboards. • Strong ability to interpret metrics and critically evaluate results. • Analytical, organized profile with strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
