📋 Description
• Build the technical foundation for the AI-driven Entrepreneur Operating System • Lead engineering teams responsible for infrastructure, services, tooling, and internal platforms • Establish architectural standards for product engineering teams • Create reliable, secure, and observable infrastructure • Partner closely with Product, Data, Growth, Finance, and Operations
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in engineering • Significant experience leading platform, infrastructure, or backend systems at scale • Proven success modernizing legacy architectures • Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, APIs, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and developer tooling • Experience supporting AI/ML, workflow automation, or real-time event pipelines • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive engineering excellence
