📋 Description
• Understand fraud or friction issues faced by customers and propose solutions using heuristics and machine learning models • Analyze and resolve data quality and performance issues • Create and validate hypotheses through exploratory analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies • Monitor solutions and team performance to maintain data quality • Collaborate with team members and other areas — such as business and engineering — to implement and validate proposed solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Knowledge of scientific methodology • Professional experience with statistical concepts and data analysis • Professional experience with analysis tools such as Spark, Scala, Python, and MLflow • Professional experience in Machine Learning • Experience with NLP or LLMs is a plus • Advanced English
