📋 Description

• Maintain ad libraries and databases of top headers, ad text, and headlines • Assist with Creative Insights reports and QBRs • Verify data accuracy across various systems • Assist with data entry, formatting, screenshot entry, and client information database maintenance • Assist with project management for new client launches • Collaborate with internal teams to track project timelines • Assist with migration to ClickUp • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings • Prepare meeting minutes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in the digital media industry, particularly social media advertising (User-Generated Content, Direct-to-Consumer) • Proven experience providing administrative support to various departments and stakeholders • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal • Expert multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workloads and complete projects within tight deadlines • Strong proficiency using Google Suite applications • Experience with customer/client database management • Experience with AI tools and workflow management • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of proactivity • Availability for 40 hours+ per week • Ability to overlap with Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) each day
