📋 Description
• Own the Backlog: Research, validate, and map 3,000 unmatched provider profiles to their correct Google Business Listings • Keep the Queue Clean: Monitor daily incoming flat file data and resolve new unmatched provider records • Dig Into Root Causes: Investigate why profiles fail to syndicate • Work Across Publishers: Troubleshoot publishing failures on various platforms • Manage Listings at Scale: Create, resolve duplicates, and close profiles • Support Customer Onboarding: Help health system clients get set up • Talk to Engineering: Flag issues to reduce manual work over time • Make Processes Smarter: Recommend improvements and automate repetitive tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in provider data operations and publisher platform management • Understanding of NPI numbers, provider directories, credentialing basics • Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, Bing Places, or Apple Maps • Technical comfort with Postman or any HTTP client for API-level investigation • Proficiency in handling large, messy data files • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work independently with ambiguous problems • TypeScript or scripting ability is a plus • Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker or Datadog is advantageous • Experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
