📋 Description

• Analyzes and modifies existing software. • Designs, constructs, and tests end-user applications. • Generates artifacts such as architectural roadmaps and necessary documentation. • Shares knowledge and mentors Software Engineers regarding design principles and implementation techniques. • Researches and identifies application opportunities around performance and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Analyzes, develops, creates, and modifies software solutions to meet organizational needs. • Participates in full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis and design. • Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. • Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality. • Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revise programs, as needed. • Participates in reviews to ensure high-quality code. • Participates in agile ceremonies. • Collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify individual business requirements. • Represents the technology team in collaboration to clarify business requirements. • Architects, defines, and develops software engineering effort based on business needs.
