📋 Description

• Responsible for developing Salesforce applications through all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial technical designs, implementation, testing, to production deployments. • Demonstrate an ability to quickly learn new features, tools, technologies, while optimally communicating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners. • Ensure that development efforts meet business and end-user requirements, and proactively identifies and resolves system issues. • Support proof-of-concepts and contribute to technical solutioning by establishing technical vision and working with developers to turn it into reality. • Collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the project. • Exhibit strong verbal and written documentation skills and able to interact with team members to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform. • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with declarative development on Salesforce using Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc. • Previous experience with implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development and working with third-party tools and market-place solutions from the AppExchange. • Understanding and configuration of SAML and oAuth flows as well as the utilization of Salesforce application and platform security tools. • Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, both point-to-point and middleware. • Strong communication and analytical skills. • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
