• Proactively identify, research, and reach out to target accounts, using CRM. • Qualify leads through discovery calls and understanding business needs and budgets • Tailor presentations to demonstrate value based on customer pain points. • Act as a consultant—understand the client’s technical and business challenges to position the right solution. • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client goals and company margins. • Coordinate with the internal Talent team for maintaining the SLAs in providing suitable candidates for the clients opportunities • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Serve as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals, and upsell opportunities. • Coordinate with talent delivery teams to ensure accurate and seamless onboarding. • Communicate client feedback and align expectations between teams. • Provide insights to sales leadership for strategy and growth planning. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs. • Continuously update sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding to remain competitive.
• 7-10 years of experience in managing small to medium teams in tech recruitment/Platform/SaaS industries • Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate newer markets • Knowledge of best sales practices and methods, e.g. deals assigning 15+ developers at 70USD/hour on 24+ months contracts • Up to date with the current market trends • Technical knowledge of programming languages is preferred
