📋 Description

• Manage outreach, admissions, and enrollment through inbound and outbound sales activities • Engage with parents via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and communicate the value proposition of online schooling programs • Counsel prospective students and families on academic programs, curriculum pathways, and school activities • Use Zoho CRM and other automation tools extensively to generate and manage leads, build processes, and ensure error-free student onboarding • Conduct virtual meetings with parents and students to resolve onboarding queries, concerns, or grievances across all programs • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation as required • Collaborate closely with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery • Follow up with existing parents to support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities • Stay updated on EdTech industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities • Build long-term relationships with parents and stakeholders through ethical, compliant, and value-driven sales practices • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency and success of counseling and enrollment operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field • 4–6 years of experience in B2C sales within the EdTech sector • Proven understanding of sales methodologies, customer acquisition, and relationship management • Experience working in a remote setup is mandatory
