📋 Description

• Assess and organize existing software/license inventory data from a rudimentary database • Create and maintain a centralized inventory of software licenses, subscriptions, and cloud services • Track utilization, consumption, ownership, renewal dates, and spending trends • Identify optimization and rationalization opportunities across platforms and tools • Review cloud and non-cloud licensing environments for redundancy and under utilization • Provide recommendations for governance, reporting, and ongoing management processes • Recommend a long-term solution/tool set for license and subscription management • Work with infrastructure, operations, procurement, and business stakeholders as needed • Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with IT asset management, software licensing, SaaS management, or infrastructure operations • General understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with inventory tracking, reporting, or optimization initiatives
