📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor on Okta and IAM strategies • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions • Translate business and security requirements into scalable solutions • Recommend best practices and governance models • Design and implement Okta Identity Cloud solutions (SSO, MFA, LCM, Universal Directory) • Integrate SaaS, custom, and legacy applications using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect • Define identity architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles • Configure Okta features, policies, and workflows • Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, APIs, and third-party IdPs • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Mentor junior consultants • Contribute to IAM practice development and knowledge sharing • Develop reusable assets and accelerators

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Okta • Experience delivering end-to-end Okta implementations in enterprise environments • Solid understanding of IAM concepts (authentication, federation, provisioning, lifecycle management) • Expertise in SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
