📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design execution across key product areas, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clean, modern, and intuitive experiences • Contribute to team excellence by participating in critiques, sharing knowledge, and proactively improving design processes while maintaining a high bar for polish, usability, and clarity in complex product environments • Apply human-centered design methods—including research synthesis, interaction design, and prototyping—to solve complex user problems • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers • Craft thoughtful interaction patterns, visual designs, and scalable components aligned with design systems

🎯 Requirements

• Must have experience with product development or experience design background • Must have a foundation in design research, UX, interaction and visual design, and particular strengths in one or two of these areas • Must have experience in designing web and mobile applications • Experience of working on iOS and/or Android native apps is a plus • Must have experience of launching or relaunching a product to market and optimizing performance over time • Experience in directly planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (e.g. one-to-one interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc), as well as synthesis of data and reporting • Experience working with and building out design systems for responsive web and/or app • Experience working with AI tools to improve workflows, research and prototyping • Expertise in taking projects from brief through to insight-led wireframes and prototypes that bring brands to life, through to build.
