• Develop and maintain software applications for the healthcare industry
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design and ship new features

US Tax Specialists

• Create designs and wireframes for websites and mobile applications
• Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, and project managers
• Conduct user research and testing

Senior US Tax Specialists

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends

• Develop and maintain software using Python and Django

US Tax Preparer

•Review of corporate and personal US Income Tax Returns, extensions and estimated payments (1120, 1120s, 1065, 990, 1040, 1041, etc)
•Review other Federal, State and local filing requirement (1099, Franchise Tax, Personal Property Tax, etc)
•Conduct or assist with tax research and tax consulting engagements
•Call clients and tax authorities to represent clients, as needed
•Manage/Supervise a team of Tax Preparers in terms of team output, client deliverables and compliance to company policies and procedures
•Conduct training, coaching and evaluations to team members
•Collaborate with US & PH colleagues and counterparts to ensure smooth service delivery
•Lead and manage team initiatives and projects

US Tax Manager/Supervisor

•Performs account/ bank/ credit card/ payroll reconciliation, transaction categorization and cleanup of transaction description
•Prepares month end summaries, journal entries and financial statements
•Accrual adjustments for revenue, fixed assets, liabilities, prepaid expenses, maintain AP/AR ledgers
•Perform thorough research about client concerns and compose email correspondence to clients
•Execute accounting duties on time and train future team members
•Handles more complex and/or high priority portfolio of clients
•Works with Leads and Controller/Manager to ensure both the client KPIs and SLAs are monitored, met and continuously improved upon.
•Mentors, coaches team members and manages their delivery capability, performance and development
•Manages relationships to internal and external stakeholders, on both local and global levels
