📋 Description

• Work hands-on on QA initiatives • Develop, maintain, and enhance tests using Postman • Conduct pair programming sessions with developers and QA professionals • Propose, advocate for, and implement changes based on technical arguments • Support the definition and evolution of testing strategies • Apply Artificial Intelligence to optimize QA and development processes • Share technical knowledge • Resolve complex problems with technical depth and resilience • Serve as the QA/QE reference for a Squad • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes • Develop automation solutions • Promote best practices • Collaborate directly with development and quality teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Quality Assurance (QA) • Knowledge and practical use of Artificial Intelligence in development and QA contexts • Knowledge of functional and non-functional software testing • Experience with Python and Selenium • Experience with Zephyr • Experience testing APIs using Postman • Knowledge of Git • Experience with Jira/Confluence • Knowledge of cloud environments • Experience with Claude Code/ChatGPT • Experience with pair programming practices • Advanced use of ChatGPT or other Generative AI solutions • Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement • Experience defining testing strategies in agile environments • Nice to have: knowledge of the payroll-deductible lending sector • Nice to have: experience with DataDog or a similar tool • Nice to have: experience in test automation • Nice to have: experience with Cypress
