📋 Description
• Receive, review, and record invoices using platforms such as Bill.com, Beanworks, QuickBooks, and Odoo • Track invoice approvals and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing • Prepare AP aging reports to support payment scheduling and cash flow management • Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual U.S. sales and use tax returns • Coordinate and initiate electronic tax payments to meet state and local deadlines • Maintain databases tracking filing statuses, nexus thresholds, and jurisdiction-specific requirements • Monitor sales volumes and transaction counts to proactively identify economic nexus changes • Research and respond to tax notices, inquiries, and penalty assessments • Stay up to date on changes in tax regulations and support compliance efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken) • Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields • 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, tax, or finance-related roles • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and follow established processes • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously learn
