📋 Description

• Test across multiple functional areas of the product — not siloed to one module • Review user stories for completeness and push back when acceptance criteria are missing or unreasonable • Write complex stories yourself, including workflow and calculation logic, following inecta's standards • Document processes end to end: recordings, written documentation, and business context for why the solution exists • Work directly with developers, consultants, and product managers on design and technical requirements • Build and run your own demo and training plans across functional areas • Mentor and hold other QA team members accountable for story and documentation quality • Propose improvements to QA processes, standards, and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, computer information systems, or a related field • Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, NAV/Navision, or similar ERP platforms • Demonstrated experience following structured QA processes with a track record of high-quality output • Business process knowledge spanning major functional areas (finance, inventory, production, etc.) • Solid technical literacy — comfortable in Excel, familiar with how software systems fit together • Excellent written and spoken English
