• Analyser les besoins métiers IT • Définir et formaliser les processus ITSM cibles • Accompagner leur mise en œuvre dans ServiceNow • Animer des ateliers métiers (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, Knowledge) • Réaliser des gap analysis entre l’existant et la cible ServiceNow ITSM • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles, user stories et critères d’acceptation • Collaborer avec les équipes MOE ServiceNow • Suivre les développements et participer aux rituels Agile • Préparer et exécuter les tests fonctionnels (UAT) et recettes métiers • Produire la documentation fonctionnelle et supports utilisateurs • Proposer des optimisations continues des processus ITSM
• Bac+4/5 en informatique, systèmes d’information ou gestion de projet • Expérience confirmée en tant que Business Analyst ServiceNow ITSM • Bonne connaissance de ServiceNow ITSM • Excellente connaissance des processus ITIL • Rédaction de livrables fonctionnels (spécifications, UAT, documentation) • Animation d’ateliers et coordination multi-acteurs • Certifications appréciées : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow CIS – ITSM, ITIL Foundation
