📋 Description

• Support business and IT teams in HMI design • Gather and analyze user requirements • Prepare estimates and schedules for screen prototyping • Produce interface prototypes using AXURE and FIGMA, in line with the Design System and its standards • Participate in HMI validation with users through user testing and focus groups • Master and contribute to the implementation of a Design System library in FIGMA • Proactively propose enhancements to the framework and Design System • Work on a strategic project within the client’s banking branch network, focusing on internal applications used by branch advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Essential qualification in ergonomics or cognitive psychology • Proven experience in HMI ergonomic design • Proven experience creating complex prototypes with AXURE and FIGMA • Strong command of user testing methods • Experience with Design Systems, including contribution, implementation, and standards • Profile more focused on ergonomics than UX/UI • Long notice periods (more than one month) are not compatible with this position
