📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of securities transactions and settlements. • Ensure accurate booking and accounting of transactions within client portfolios. • Monitor and prioritize operations based on risk, deadlines, transaction value, and client impact. • Perform trade matching and reconcile transactions with counterparties and custodians. • Manage settlement instructions and follow up on pending transactions to ensure timely execution. • Monitor cash and securities positions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding items. • Ensure operational controls are executed effectively, with proper documentation and audit readiness. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate operational risks. • Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in securities operations, settlements, asset servicing, or transaction processing within a banking or financial services environment. • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities products, and post-trade activities. • Proficiency in English (mandatory). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on risk and control. • Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
