📋 Description
• Lead and manage a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction, coaching and support. • Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring timelines, quality and budget are met. • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and system requirements. • Design, configure and deploy SAP Ariba solutions tailored to each project’s specific needs. • Support and advise clients in the use and customization of their SAP solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders: clients, software vendors, internal teams and partners. • Contribute to the development of the team’s skills through regular assessments and career follow-up. • Maintain technological watch on SAP Ariba developments and market best practices. • Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new talent to the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. • Proven experience with SAP Ariba, including at least 3 years in a management or team leadership role. • Demonstrated experience designing, configuring and deploying SAP Ariba. • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful SAP projects (quality, cost, schedule). • Ability to unite and inspire a team, with strong management and coaching abilities. • Excellent communication, listening and client relationship skills. • Experience delivering end-to-end SAP Ariba projects. • SAP Ariba certification highly desirable.
