📋 Description

• Serve as a functional SAP RE consultant, supporting the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business processes • Participate in SAP RE implementation, enhancement, and support projects • Analyze requirements and support the preparation of functional specifications • Configure and customize the SAP RE module • Analyze and resolve medium-complexity incidents and functional requests • Participate in the preparation and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Support key users during testing, validation, and deployment • Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and operating procedures • Assist in analyzing the impacts of business changes and regulatory requirements • Work with FI/CO, MM, SD, and integration consultants • Support cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities • Participate in meetings with business areas and project teams • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an SAP RE (Real Estate) Consultant • Knowledge of real estate management, contract, and workflow processes • Experience configuring and customizing SAP RE • Participation in implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects • Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA • Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional documentation • Experience executing unit, integration, and UAT testing • Knowledge of SAP RE integrations with other SAP modules • Ability to analyze and resolve functional issues • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with users and multidisciplinary teams • Experience with SAP RE-FX • Participation in SAP S/4HANA projects • Knowledge of financial processes related to contract and real estate management • Experience integrating RE with FI/CO, MM, and SD • Participation in digital transformation or S/4HANA migration projects • Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum methodologies • SAP certification or training related to the SAP RE module • Experience in medium- to large-sized corporate environments • Proactive and analytical mindset • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Intermediate English is a plus
