📋 Description
• Execute and lead project assignments including data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, business analysis, and implementation roadmaps • Take on team lead roles following project assignments • Actively contribute to the growth of the sector consulting team by expanding our offerings in ERP advisory • Participate in seminars, white papers, and other ERP-related activities • Carry out projects to improve operational performance • Lead ERP advisory projects or advise clients on major digital transformation programs • Provide strategic framing and optimization of business processes • Implement long-term (ERP) transformation roadmaps • Act as a trusted advisor during implementations of an ERP
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in different parts of an ERP transformation journey • Ability to analyze and map business processes to ERP solutions • Strong advisory skills with the ability to guide clients through complex ERP transformations • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders • Fluency in Dutch or French and English with professional proficiency in at least one
