âą Level 2 incident handling âą Handling simple and complex service requests âą Minor and major production deployments âą Disaster recovery and business continuity plans âą Routine operational tasks âą On-call duty (incidents), approximately once a month âą Complex or sensitive out-of-hours operations âą Optimization of operational tools (monitoring, scheduling, backup) âą Process automation âą Documentation management (Wiki / GitLab) âą Writing procedures
đŻ Requirements
âą Degree in computer science (Bac+2 to Bac+5 or equivalent) âą At least one prior experience in a similar role âą Desired skills: Linux, Tomcat, Apache, Jonas or equivalent âą Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL âą VTOM or equivalent âą Nagios, Centreon or equivalent âą Shell scripting âą Knowledge of ITIL processes
