📋 Description

• Manage Sage X3 projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, coordination, budget tracking, risk management and deliverables. • Lead requirements workshops with business teams and document functional requirements. • Oversee solution implementation (configuration, custom development, integration). • Lead a project team of functional consultants, technical consultants and developers (local or nearshore). • Manage the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction, adherence to commitments and quality of deliverables. • Support testing, training and change management phases. • Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of internal methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent • Proven experience managing ERP projects, with a specialization in Sage X3 • Experience in an IT services company (ESN) or system integrator highly valued • Strong knowledge of Sage X3 modules: finance, logistics, production, CRM, etc. • Proficiency in project management methodologies (V-Model/Waterfall, Agile…) • Familiarity with technical environments: SQL, Crystal Reports, Web Services, integration tools • Ability to challenge business requirements and propose relevant solutions • Leadership, strong organizational skills and rigor • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams • Customer service orientation, proactivity and ability to anticipate • Strong verbal and written communication skills (French required, English desired)
