• Put skills and experience into practice as a Salesforce Functional Consultant • Take ownership of the functional aspects of each project, ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution • Involve in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and go-live of Salesforce projects • Collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects • Listen to customer requirements, understand a company’s processes and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales, and service • Coordinate with colleagues to achieve successful project delivery • Actively contribute to pre-sales tracks and proposals
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, …) • Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus • Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio) • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus • Experience as a project manager or scrum master (and/or certification) are a plus • Strong communicator with an analytical and curious mindset • Driven and enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and grow • Possession of a drivers license to visit customer locations
