• Integration into Inetum's SAP Business Line team • Valuing people and a strong customer focus • Working on implementations of Energy Data Management projects (ISU-EDM) • Active participation in requirements-gathering and testing meetings
• Experience implementing and supporting Device Management (ISU-DM) • Implementation and support of processes related to device management (meters, sensors, etc.) • Ability to configure and parameterize devices within the system • Understanding of device life cycles: installation, replacement, removal, inspection • Strong knowledge of utility business processes • Familiarity with processes of electricity distribution companies • Integration experience with other modules such as Billing (ISU-BI), Customer Service (ISU-CS), and Work Management • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Supporting end users and identifying failures in processes or integrations • Knowledge of complementary tools • Experience with ABAP (desirable)
