📋 Description

• Provide functional SAP MM support (level 2 and 3) • Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests using the ticketing system • Identify and implement improvements to materials and procurement processes • Perform root cause analyses (RCA) • Participate in small projects and system enhancements • Configure and adjust settings and parameters in the MM module • Interact with business areas such as Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory and Tax • Support unit and integration testing, as well as solution validation • Document processes and implemented solutions.

• Solid experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) • Experience in support and application sustainment • Knowledge of: • Purchasing processes • Inventory and stock management • Goods receipt • Material master data management • Release strategies • Integrations with FI and SD
