âą Identify and prospect new high-potential clients, focusing on SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP Business One, etc.). âą Manage the entire sales cycle for SAP solutions: prospecting, qualification, presenting proposals, negotiation and closing. âą Analyze clients' business needs and recommend SAP solutions tailored to their challenges. âą Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. âą Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP projects. âą Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). âą Participate in industry events, webinars and conferences to stay up to date on SAP solution developments. âą Conduct competitive intelligence in the ERP and cloud solutions space.
âą Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management or a related field (Bachelor's degree - Bac+3 to Master's degree - Bac+5, depending on experience). âą Previous experience in an IT services company (ESN), with a focus on selling technology or ERP solutions, preferably SAP. âą Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the business processes they address (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.). âą Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand clients' technical needs. âą Team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. âą Good command of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies. âą Proficiency in English is a plus, given the international scope of SAP projects.
