• Provide support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), ensuring solution performance and availability. • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and requests related to the EC module. • Support end users and functional teams across multiple countries, operating within European time zones. • Document processes, improvements, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance. • Participate in follow-up and status update meetings with international stakeholders.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), preferably in support/maintenance projects. • Advanced English for conversation and writing (daily interaction with international teams). • Availability to work European hours, 06:00 to 15:00. • Knowledge of HR processes and related system integrations. • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. • Official SAP SuccessFactors certifications. • Previous experience in global, multicultural environments. • Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation). • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies for incident and problem management.
