📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing). • Serve as the technical and functional lead for teams and clients. • Design technical architectures and CRM data models. • Perform advanced configuration, custom development (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate), and external integrations. • Manage migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version upgrades). • Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with Microsoft standards. • Train and mentor junior consultants to support their professional development. • Provide level 3 support and contribute to functional enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years' experience on Dynamics 365 CRM projects (Sales, Service, Marketing). • Advanced configuration skills in Dynamics 365 CRM. • Development experience with C#, JavaScript, Plugins, and Power Automate. • Proficiency with REST APIs, middleware, and external integrations. • In-depth knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps. • Proven expertise in migration projects (On-Premises to Cloud, version upgrades). • Strong understanding of customer relationship business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing). • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Success by Design. • Technical leadership and a team-player mindset. • Autonomy, rigor, and a strong customer service orientation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English).
