• Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights: Journeys. • Design and implement solutions using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse). • Develop and maintain dual-write integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Support data migrations and ensure system integrity, scalability, and compliance. • Document work in Jira and Confluence within an agile environment. • Deliver high-quality solutions with attention to detail and user experience.
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights: Journeys). • Strong knowledge in configuration, customization, and solution design. • Solid understanding of Power Platform capabilities. • Experience with integrations (API-based and dual-write) and data migration. • Familiarity with agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Relevant Microsoft certifications for senior D365 consultants. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams. • Experience in consulting or project-based delivery environments.
