• Participate in our missions and projects to implement the ServiceNow platform • Keep up to date with ServiceNow’s new features through regular technology watch • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and document project specifications • Implement, configure and optimize the ServiceNow solution across various modules • Organize and support user acceptance testing • Contribute to recommending appropriate technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related field (minimum) and more than 2 years' experience in IT and/or a client-facing role • At least 4 years' hands-on experience with ServiceNow • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language • Personal qualities: strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail and rigor, organizational and prioritization skills, decision-making ability, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
