📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to: SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform. • Act as the primary technical advisor for M365 architecture, migration, and integration projects. • Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and create detailed documentation. • Ensure compliance, security, and governance best practices across the M365 environment. • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and adoption programs for end-users and administrators. • Support and mentor junior, medior and senior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years) in Microsoft 365 consulting, architecture, and project delivery. • In-depth expertise in one or more M365 areas (SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Security & Compliance). • Experience with migrations from on-premises to M365 cloud services. • Strong understanding of identity management, security, and governance in Microsoft 365. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-100, MS-700, MS-900, PL-200) are highly valued.
