📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and support of SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing projects; • Knowledge of error monitoring and handling (IS-U Error and Conflict Handler Framework - ECH): processing of consumption/ meter readings (metering); • Billing; • System integration (IDocs, PO); • Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U; • Strong command of billing processes and invoice issuance (Invoicing); • Experience with billing cycles, meter types, tariffs and supply contracts; • Ability to identify and correct errors in billing processes; • Monitoring of jobs and logs related to billing and invoicing execution; • Basic technical knowledge; • Familiarity with ABAP for program analysis and debugging; • Use of transactions such as EA00, EA26, EA30, EC70, EASIBI, among others; • Understanding of utilities business processes; • Knowledge of regulatory rules in the electricity sector; • Analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to analyze inconsistencies in metering data, contracts and tariffs; • Proactive in identifying improvements to billing processes; • Communication and teamwork; • Interaction with end users, business areas and technical teams; • Participation in support meetings, testing and solution validation.
