📋 Description

• Configure and implement SAP RE-FX • Support the activation and configuration of the RE-FX Business Function • Structure and configure Lease In and Lease Out processes • Define and manage Real Estate contracts, including conditions, indexation, renewals, and terminations • Implement the Business Partner concept, linking customers and vendors to contracts and Real Estate objects • Work on rent calculation and processing activities • Support billing processes (Lease Out) and integrations with accounts payable and accounts receivable • Participate in the migration, validation, and loading of contract and entity data • Support the delivery of operational and financial reports related to contract management • Support the definition of operational KPIs, such as rental income and future commitments • Participate in key-user training, documentation, and adoption of new processes • Support the configuration of profiles, access, and authorizations in line with project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Functional SAP RE-FX Consultant • Knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management • Experience with Lease In and/or Lease Out processes • Knowledge of real estate contract management • Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with financial processes • Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, or rollout projects • Fixed-scope project: 400 hours • Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA projects • Preferred: knowledge of financial processes integrated with SAP RE-FX • Preferred: experience with data migration projects • Preferred: experience with training and adoption of new processes • Preferred: knowledge of Real Estate reporting and KPIs
