📋 Description

‱ Manage the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. ‱ Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. ‱ Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget and resources. ‱ Lead and motivate a team of ServiceNow consultants and/or developers. ‱ Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. ‱ Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders. ‱ Implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards. ‱ Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in IT service management. ‱ Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its key modules and features. ‱ Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. ‱ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. ‱ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ‱ Proficiency with project management and task-tracking tools. ‱ Bilingual French/English (or another relevant language).
