📋 Description

• Manage the entire ServiceNow project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget and resources. • Lead and motivate a team of ServiceNow consultants and/or developers. • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. • Communicate project status effectively to stakeholders. • Implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with industry best practices and standards. • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in IT service management. • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including its key modules and features. • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency with project management and task-tracking tools. • Bilingual French/English (or another relevant language).
