📋 Description

• Deliver innovative solutions for clients • Foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment • Collaborate on design projects with cross-functional teams • Maintain design and quality standards throughout the development process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer • Proficiency in Figma (required) • Experience with enterprise digital products and enterprise environments • Familiarity with OutSystems, including its component library, visual patterns, design constraints, and best practices for Web Reactive and Mobile screens • Ability to create and maintain design systems integrated with the OutSystems ecosystem • Strong knowledge of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and information architecture • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • University degree preferred in Design, UX, Technology, or related fields
